The minimum age to rent a car in the UK is 23. Age restrictions also vary by vehicle and selected car groups are not available to drivers under the age of 25.
If you’re seeking under 25s car rental in the UK, you will need to have held a full driver's licence for at least one year.

The young driver surcharge that applies at your rental location will be included in the cost quoted during the booking process.
On the booking panel at the top of this page, simply unselect "Driver aged over 25" and enter your date of birth. After you select your vehicle group on the next screen you will arrive on a screen where coverages can be chosen.
At the bottom of this screen you’ll see the price details and surcharge applied.
To find car rental deals for under 25s, please ensure that you uncheck the “Driver aged over 25” box and provide your date of birth when prompted. This will ensure that we only show you the vehicles available to under 25s.
